Claire brings over 15 years of leadership experience in nonprofit, education, and faith-based communities, where she’s developed a reputation as an insightful collaborator and authentic, effective communicator. Before joining Loving Venti, Claire spent more than a decade guiding youth and adult formation programs in Catholic parishes and schools. She led retreats, service learning programs, and nearly two dozen mission immersion experiences that connected students with nonprofits and community partners, building bridges between service and systems change rooted in relationships.
Claire also served as a Business Relations Coordinator at Downtown Eau Claire, Inc., where she focused on strengthening partnerships between local businesses and community organizations. Whether she’s facilitating a retreat, building relationships with stakeholders, or crafting grant narratives, Claire brings a passion for connection and a commitment to helping people and organizations thrive.
At Loving Venti, Claire supports partner organizations by writing grants, creating donor communications, and collaborating on fundraising strategies that build long-term sustainability. Her favorite projects are those that involve rolling up her sleeves alongside partners to understand the deeper “why” behind their work and helping to translate that into meaningful support.

“To paraphrase Frederick Buechner, I desire that my greatest joy aligns with the world’s greatest need. Nonprofit work allows me to use my God-given talents in service of my community.
Spending many of my formative years volunteering with nonprofits inspired me to enter Church work which facilitated even more encounters with nonprofit leaders and organizations. The passion, purpose, and power infused within nonprofit communities inspires me to be part of the difference.”
“One of my favorite moments so far was volunteering as a team at Serenity Inns’ Dinner Fellowship, one of our partner’s hallmark initiatives. Getting hands-on exposure to just one of the many programs we support at Loving Venti brought a sense of real connection and purpose back into our work. Experiences like that remind me why we do what we do—volunteering with our partners gives us a window into their day-to-day impact, and that energy fuels everything we bring to the table.”
“I joined Loving Venti because I wanted to use my writing and relationship-building skills to support organizations that are changing lives and communities. The idea that a grant proposal or a donor letter could leave a lasting impact really resonated with me. I love being part of a team that collaborates with organizations to elevate their missions while honoring the people and processes that make the work possible.”
